Files arrive as encrypted CSV or XLSX by default. We can also push directly into most CRMs or deliver over SFTP for recurring orders.
Every record is re-verified on a rolling cycle and nothing ships that was last validated more than seven days before delivery. Original opt-in dates are included in the file so you can see capture age per record, not just an average.
Report them within 14 days and we replace them free, one for one, from the same segment. We do not cap replacements at a percentage — if a batch underperforms, that is our problem to fix.
We offer both. Shared records are sold to a maximum of three buyers and never to two brokers in the same country in the same month. Exclusive records are yours alone and removed from our active pool on delivery. Pricing differs; ask for both quotes.
